Diverse and Equal, is a TECH FOR GOOD organisation with a focus on diversifying the tech industry. Our mission is to source and retrain diverse skilled talent to succeed in digital product and service design roles in agile teams, with a goal to create products and services that are accessible to all. We break down barriers to entry and empower underrepresented individuals to become designers of technology.

We achieve our mission by providing accessible training programs in user-centred design and agile methodologies and fostering diversity and equality in tech workspaces.

Our tailored workshops, courses, and training programs aim to meet the unique needs of underrepresented groups, particularly Black people and people of colour, in tech workspaces.

Taster Sessions: Your Gateway to the Tech Industry

We understand that the tech industry can seem daunting for career changers from diverse backgrounds. Through taster sessions, we introduce and demystify digital design, data, and development roles to help individuals understand what the roles entail. Our sessions are designed to equip career changers from diverse backgrounds with the knowledge they need to succeed in the tech industry.

Agile Training: Empowering Underrepresented Groups in Technology with Diverse and Equal

At Diverse and Equal, we believe that technology should be accessible to all, not just a few and we are driven to break down barriers of entry to tech through education.
