Annette is an award winning Agile Coach/Delivery Manager who has worked in and around
Tech for over 30 years.

She founded Diverse & Equal in 2018 with a multi-strand focus to help organisations tap into the power of diversity. It’s here she marries her varied experiences in tech and behaviour dynamics with equality, diversity and inclusion.

She’s been named TechNation’s list of
50 Most Influential and Inspiring Black
Voices in UK Tech and on Northern
Power Women’s Future List.

This follows on from her work as Chair of Co-op’s network for BAME colleagues, where Annette was instrumental in affecting lasting change in the organisation.

Annette’s #icantbreathe article in response to the murder of George Floyd has been viewed over 22k times. In response, a BlackTech GoFundMe was created to fund research and training to measure the impact of tech on Black people and Black communities in the north of England.
